Outreach services can be provided to various sized groups, classes, and organizations. Outreach is beneficial to people of all ages. You are never too old or too young to learn about the importance of mental health and how to be a mental health ally to others.

Outreach includes a wide variety of services such as:

• facilitating workshops

• conducting screening days

• crisis event responses/debriefing

• consultation 

• attending community events to reduce stigma and support local resources 

• interviews

• tabling

• social media

• providing psycho-educational materials.
