About Me

Megan graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Education in Counselor Education with an emphasis in clinical mental health. She has worked in the mental health field since 2008 and has been a licensed counselor since 2013. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.  

Megan is an experienced counselor with a demonstrated history of working in the higher education and healthcare industries and has received extensive training in working with trauma.. She is certified in EMDR and trained in Brainspotting. She is also skilled in providing clinical supervision, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), crisis intervention, and outreach programming. She has worked with all ages and has provided couples, family, and group counseling.


Megan also has experience working with diverse populations. She understands the importance of being a culturally competent counselor and is dedicated to facilitating mental health treatment, education, and awareness while utilizing an inclusive lens.
